Do you want a two column setup? So the first form-group is left and the second form-group on the same line but on the right?

if so the give your form-group class a style of,

.form-group {float:left;}
.form-group:nth-last-child(1) {float:right;}
.form-group > label {float:left;}
.form-group > input {float:left;}
