I want to creat A GUI application for scraping websites... What is the best GUI module in python?

I have tried tkinter but it doesn't strike me as the best and I'd also like to make this program accessible to Android phones.

I saw someone recommend "QT". I'm not sure what that is, and I have no experience with it, but maybe look into it. I think Pygame has potential to make gui. I've also heard Kivy as a gui module that's works on android.
