If you want to do something particular jump into that but I would start with these:
Web Development: I would learn Javascipt, HTML, and CSS at the same time, since the SoloLearn curriculum uses CSS and HTML in Javascript, in order to learn CSS you have to know HTML, etc.
App Building: Start with Swift. So far Swift is the simplest, most easy to learn, read, write, and newbie friendly while still being capable of a lot of what other languages can do.
