Hello. I had level 7 sololearn account with a silver batch. Now I'm not able to log in that account. Can I know the reason :(

do you forgot password? there will be any error when you trying to login. i'll suggest you to write email to [e-mail] or
try to gain all xp and level up with this id. because if you already on 7th level on another account. then you knows mostly ans of quiz. i just created new account yesterday & just my check profile xp and badges
