In the play section what is the requirements to use another language or can you only use set languages?

to use a different language in the play quiz section do you have to complete up to basic concepts to be able to use that language

No: there's only C++ and JS quizz actually...
But with the new quizz factory, maybe we can expect for changes occurs in few times?
