How to be mastering front end in asp.net?

Question

I am backend developer, work with web api (c#)

I have knowledge of html, boostrap, css, jquery, js but I still have MANY TROUBLE with FontEnd
ex: where to get theme, how to apply theme to web api project, ...

Do u guys have any suggestions to master FontEnd with asp.net? Please help me :D

in asp.net, basically fromtend and backend can be handled in one project (optional ).
learn MVC in asp.net.
