Are there any Bug in challenges ?

Question

some times in chalenges i select the correct answer but it says wrong.
I am faced this problem 3 times in last 2 months.
I am damn sure there is something cause i faced a question today -"what is the attribute to create an inline frame in HTML ?" which answer is <iframe>, i selected it but it said wrong when i checked after the challenge,it was the correct answer.... wtf ?
