first low developer use c language
after upgrade due to low developing contents
they use c++ language
after upgraded robust or dyanamic
they use java
but today developer crazy for python language
and after developer chose the new one
So why they should not upgraded language on its own language otherwise
develope the new language

well those languages are upgradied. but to upgrade it to the extent of C -> Python for example would completely change C to the point it's a different language. Meaning that old programs would no longer be compatible.

That's not to confirm what you say though, even though new languages are made, the old ones are still used. sometimes or often they are better choices. the new languages exist to solve specific problems, like being easier to write for example. Python is easier to write than c, but python in most cases will never be faster than c.
