Whart is the best way to learn mobile development?

hi just need some advice,

I am a PHP dev before and I have experienced in creating websites from front and backend.

Acessing and doing some sql queries, some javascripts, responsive designs and using ui frameworks like bootstrap and foundation.

Can you advice what is the most nearest language should I study based on my skills?
