i haven't study cs but i wants to learn and work so can get jobs without any degree ?

My experience has been that large software companies (in the US) still (mostly) prefer the CS degree, while mid-sized firms may be okay with graduation from a coding boot camp, and smaller tech companies and startups often take whatever they can get. In any case, practical experience makes a huge difference.
