How can i get above 90% in upcoming board exam ???

I don't know what board exam you're talking about, but I imagine it's not riddles that they're testing you on, which means you're being tested on something particular that you should/could be studying for.

You get good marks on exams/tests by studying the material and practicing it consistently. If you do that on a regular basis and really put the time/effort into what you're working on, then you'll get good marks. If you don't get good marks, then it means you haven't gone through that process and it'll highlight to you what you need to focus on further; so exams/tests aren't a bad thing, failing means that you're given information on how to become a better version of yourself.
