I think you are distracted like many by your surroundings....very common......it takes a lot of practice of many years.....the people you are watching are either practicing for many years on a single language or just newbs who think knowing a lot of languages is better for them....

You just need to know only one language thoroughly....like evry header file....every new update that comes along.....if you look at companies like Google then this is what they require from you....

You'll get more chance to get a job if you have very good knowlenge AND practice of once language, than if you have some about many ( but, due to dispersion, less productivity: employers love productivity :P ). However, all these languages aren't so differents. Concentrate on once a long time allow to acquire logical/conceptual experience ( which is shared skeleton in between languages ) and easily acquire ( and knowing in what direction to look at ) new ones, by just have to learn subtleties between each others...

Also, practice's more important than learn, because the first induced the second, but there's no reciprocity. Practice will provide you concrete knowlendge, while learning essentially provide abstract ones ^^

Large Software MNCs know that you can learn the language they require within a month or two....as if you haven't seen till now then if you know a language then the rest are relatable.....what a company requires is your algorithmic skills..... increase that instead of following the herd of sheeps....and best of luck for your future.....😀😀I can say that because the same happened to me....

You needn't to learn C 10 years.
Write a simple and interesting program for yourself.
Extend the idea. Share it!
Then write more difficult programs. And share it. You can find programmers who want to write code with you.
And never give up.
