Profile lock out

I got a new phone today, and first thing I did was download Sololearn (of course) ... Unfortunately after all this time of just being logged In I dont know my sign in info.. My Email address was apparently not associated with it so "forgot password" wasnt helpful. Bit demoralizing to go from almost platinum to level 1.

Remember kids, write down your info for these things and keep it in a safe place.
