Creating an android app using c# or c++

ع: السلام عليكم، لطالما وددت أن أنشأ تطبيقا للهواتف التي تعمل بخاصية الأندرويد باستعمال لغة سي شارب أو سي بلس بلس، لكن لم تتضح لي الرؤية فما العمل؟

There are many programming languages you can choose to make an Android Game. There are some common Game Engines(You need to create a game, you can search on Google):
Unity:C#
Cocos2Dx:C++,Lua,Javascript
...and more👍

I doubt it given these 2 languages are more used for PC games than Android ones. Maybe there exist frameworks for these but I don't have knilowledge on that.

You can use Xamarin for creating apps for Android /ios using .NET languages like C# and F#.
