Is possible to learn JavaScript and PHP in a month?

I have a basic knowledge but I will have an exam next month.
my problem is that I have not practiced programming so I do not know how to write programs (but i understand all sololearn's js & php lessons because i had this in my school) I know of course HTML, CSS and MySQL.
when i see simple code i know what program does but i can't programming itself

You can learn quite a lot in a month if you apply yourself. just start writing code and it will come as you practice. you may not be an expert in a few weeks but should be enough for an exam🙂 Good luck!
