Practice.. Practice.. Practice.. and never give up.
Start to write a real program that solve a problem you want to solve as if you are senior programmer, if you hit the wall google it and you will find a lot of people asked the same question before and sure you will find many answers.

There is multiple online compilers you can use from your phone, but for real work you have to get a pc or laptop... The cheapest one you can get is fine.
