How to make ios apps?

Can we make ios apps on Linux or Windows device (Not using Mac os on virtual machine or cloud computing ) using swift.If anyone knows.Please! post the methods in answer.

If you want to write in Swift, you need only MacOS(Not VM). But you can create apps with C/C++ and C#(Unity).
