why I can't find any course regarding https any where ? security reasons !!

Maybe look for a course on ssl (or tls) or http. Https is almost the same as http. The only difference is ssl.

I think there's a free course on Udacity on HTTP servers.
It gives you basic understanding of http servers and their working like requesting and responding with interactive examples using Python.

If they are different other than ssl, they managed to hide it for me.

There is a new version of http, http/2, but I have not seen that yet.
