So you should learn more courses after html course for web programming.(HTML for build websites)..
You should learn CSS,JavaScript after html.

To be a programmer, you have to learn programming languages like javascript, python and c++.

There seems to be a technicality in the developer culture that says HTML is coding and not programming (a subgroup of coding) as HTML is a markup language and programming supposedly requires encoding logic. Don't let it get you down.
