If you're noob at hacking, there's definitely no way you'll learn hacking from social groups.
You can only ask questions, but not get real experience.

Well, for a beginner hacker, I'll say you go to Play Store and search for Cybray

What's wrong with PDFs? Use them in place of Sololearn's courses and use Reddit's r/hacking in place of the Q&A/social part.
