Working in Shell IDLE but not 3.7 help please?

Question

The code I have written in the Shell Notepad and pressed f5 to run the program works in the Python 3.7 Shell.
I have saved it in my profile from code playground, and wondered if anyone can give me some hints about why it wont run in the playground or in 3.7.
This is only half written as well, I need to add more information into it. It is saved as Dialling.
This is only my first day coding, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In SL Playground you must enter all Inputs before the Code is executed. If there are multiple Inputs you have to enter them Line by Line.
