udemy offers free as well as paid courses which may get you a certificate if you complete all of their video lectures. The e- certificate would be beneficial for you job opportunities.

Udacity has wide range of courses all related to technical field. so if you want to build up your technical field it is better to choose.
they offer nano degree courses which can give you certificate's. The free courses are all added up to make a nano degree course. so learning up from free courses is probably equal to paid one i.e. nanodegree course. But imp point is free courses do not offer certificate's
