pandas library in python

Question

is the module of pandas library not available in the current version of "sololearn". if not can anyone please suggest me to how to convert a list into an array(using alphbets and no int values in the list),transposing it if it is in a column nd arranging it in a alphabetical sequence

Most of the online python compilers donot have much modules installed in their server to reduce the server load. But I think SoloLearn have this module.
