What is the work of <abbr> tag in bootstrap? I applied it but no changes were seen. Lesson says it shows css tooltip.

The <abbr title="World Health Organization">WHO</abbr>was founded in 1948.
if you hover over mouse on Who it will sho info "world Health Organisation "

so it means abbr is showing the abbreviation data
