What to do now?

Hello friends! I'm done with the C++ course that Sololearn offers, but looking at other people's code I see that they use things such as string manipulation, vector, deque etc..

So what I want to say is that I've never seen this before, but I want to learn how they work. I tried looking at the STL reference but I could not understand any of it. Does anyone know a website which covers C++ fully, which not only shows what certain things do, but also explains it? Thank you!

In the C++ Course, after the certificate, you can click More On the Topic.
This also covers Vectors etc. in user submitted lessons.
All only in the mobile app.
