Where do i write css?

you can write your CSS files by any text editor
I just like NotePad++

you can use any type of text editor like

atom
brackets
notepad
cloud9
sublime text
...
...
just search it on google except notepad cuz its already installed in windows

Remember that we have Inline, internal css, External css. You need to understand the meaning and you will see where!!
