Need suggestion

Can someone suggest an open source application which is similar to unity???....I am beginner and i don't want to invest right now...

Here's some suggestions, they're free/have free versions: Blender, Unreal Engine, Pygame (Python package), Godot, Spring Engine, etc.

All of these engines aren't written in the same language. Example: Pygame (Python) and Unreal Engine (C++, called UnrealScript).
