I used few free ones from freenome, but you ll have to renew it after a year at freenome

It depends on the domain you want and who currently owns it. There are free ones, ones available for purchase, and unavailable ones. I prefer to buy from Google domains and hook it up to a GitHub Pages, but there are certainly many other options out there.
