WordPress and Wix: No programming ideas needed just pay and you get your website for customizing.
Html, css, js: detailed ideas on each of those courses are needed to create a website......But will have positive effect on your knowledge...
The choice is yours

With Wordpress and wix.com you can create a website with free domain and interface prepared (thats means that you don't need to know any programming language for the creating just drag the elements to the page).
Html it's a markup language for websites (thats means that every element: button, text, textbox that you see in website came from html).
Css working with html it's actually the style of the elements you see on the page.
Javascript working to change the html and the css code of the page dynamically (on real time).

don't want to learn how webpages are made/created? go wirh wordpress or wix.
if you want to create your pages yourself (making uniquely designed webpages) you go with html+css+js (and more languages later on)

Well,
Wix did not create itself with Wix. 'nuff said.

Wordpress and Wix
- Used to create wesbite quicker and less hassle
- Millions of themes (Already built webpages).
- Responsive but not fully
- Contains Page Builder. Drag and drop elements, what you wish will be granted.
- Its elements can be modified (If you have knowledge with Web languages)
- Takes only weeks making a website (responsive, functional, already tested because you can test it while you're building).
- Expensive
Native Web Languages (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Used to create websites/apps from the scratch
- You'll do anything MANUALLY
- You'll make it responsive MANUALLY (this will give you headache)
- Takes months to build a website (Not fully finished and untested)
- No cost.

I recommend HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Wordpress is for people who can't code and Wix is for people who don't know what to do with their money.
