I want to build P2P market place but I'm not sure which language to use between python: django, ruby:rails, JavaScript: nodejs?

Making a dynamic site is a huge first project. All the frameworks above are used in commercial websites so they will work for whatever you need.
If you have no preference, go with Javascript, it's where most of the industry is swinging to.
