learning time - skills

Question

Hey everyone, I've been coding for 7 months now, but I feel like that my skills are not very good compared to other coders that've been learning for 7 months. Is this feeling common for other people? Or is it because I don't have anyone to teach me? What do you think?

- time commitment
- type of practice (do you use paper sometimes?)
- intensity of learning (stretch assignments)
- aptitude for medium (people learn differently and there are different ways of presenting information / teaching)

Keep the faith. Try not to compare. Some have been in the industry long before they started a profile on SoloLearn. Some have deleted prior accounts and started new ones.
