I am having trouble putting pictures into my codes. Can someone please help me by providing a step by step explanation on how to do it?

Have you tried using <img> element?

I pasted that link in a web browser https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Usos/https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Usos#/media/File:The_Usos_2014.jpg
It didn't point to a correct image or article, so removed everything before the 2nd https text then clicked the picture in this (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Usos#/media/File:The_Usos_2014.jpg) article and copied the url from one of the image options here=> https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:The_Usos_2014.jpg
