when I uploaded my Hamsterball game I had about half a year of programming experience, and 3/4 years when I shared my Dot Runner game.
You just have to start somewhere and keep on trying.
for me it helped to not make use of any libraries for the smaller games I made here on SoloLearn.
in my opionion it's not years you should be talking, it's spare time and dedication that get you going
