Average Time to become a python programmer

Good day everyone, please I just pick up python, I want to use it as my programming language, I am coming into programming as a novice, but I already have passion for programming, so I want to actually know the average time frame for someone to become at least an intermediate programmer.
Also i want to know the best way to learn python programming

if you say average time I will suggest 3 - 4 hours per day plus practice and learning

for you to learn even more and progress faster give your self project find new materials check other programmers works and try to make and add changes to them
