Is it advisable to learn like 4 programming languages at the same time?

I think you should go one by one.Because as no. of languages increases you will not be able to focus in depth of any one of those.

Don't be greedy, master in 1 language first.

you can learn JavaScript, css and html at the same time , they work well together and only JavaScript is a programming language ( css and html are not)
It is possible, but not advisable to learn 2 programming languages at the same time if you don't master at least one first.
