Is ASP.NET still a popular server-side programming language?

Does Sololearn not teach this very language it was developed in due to its lack of popularity, lack of a compatible editor or other reason?

The full asp.net series ie. (MVC, Web api, Core, etc) have a sizable market share and project to stay a major player if simply due to that it is pushed by Microsoft.
I am guessing sololearn doesn't bother with it due to how complicated it is. Most of the users of this app are new to programming.
