Gitlab is also a good service.
But technically, you have to selfhost for Gitlab because it's relatively newer.

I use Bitbucket. It provides unlimited private repos for free. Best for backup our server codes.

All three are great. I use more GitLab because GitHub is now owned by Microsoft. But any should work.
GitLab also allows self-hosting - you can have a private server - which is good for enterprise use. Don't know if the others offer the same.
