Help me understand the daily performance bars.

Question

How to deduce by seeing the graph that the person who is against me powerful or just a dummy?
(the wins and loses I am able to understand but there are many bars in the bargraph, is that of the same day or previous week or something else).
Damn it is confusing!

try to look at their level and medal instead to see how good they might be. the graph just shows how they are doing in a day. when the green bars are higher, they are winning more
