So a while back I saw a post on Ig that was someone coding in emojis. I believe someone in the comments said it was Swift, but why and how?

You need atleast a knowledge about Swift but in HTML you just put the emoji.😀😁😂🤣😃😄😅😆😉😊😋😎😍😘😗
