All IDE are best of their compatible languages.
For backend coding you have to use IDE according to compatibility like
Java - > NetBeans
C#-> Visual Studio
ObjectiveC - >XCode

For web development UI(html) you must use 'Brackets' since it gives a live preview feature to ease your access on Html,angularjs, CSS.
