Anin Hasan , I would be surprised if the app was able to show that any other user's account is not active. However, it will show if your account is not activated. Since neither you, nor RoninCoder have the Verified Account badge, neither of your accounts has been fully activated. This means you cannot upvote or downvote posts or projects.

To activate your account, you need to verify your email address.
