Confused to what learn and what not learn

Hello
I know only C/C++, Data structure, and Python(Basic).
HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Jquery are compulsory or we can learn python.
Learning Web development or Python for Job purpose which one is good?
I want to pursue my career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Soft Computing, Data Science.
I want to do the job in the Product based company.
please suggest me.
I completed My Graduation in Computer science but not get a job as of now.

I'm not sure that this platform should be looked to for individual career counseling, but Python seems like a good choice for the fields you are interested in. If you've graduated, then your college or university should support you in your job seeking efforts, since, I'm assuming, they gained something of value (usually monetary in the form of tuition or reputation if you were on a full ride scholarship) by your attendance at their school.
