Can anyone learn Html, CSS & JavaScript without being a computer science student?

I always have been wondering whether it is possible for any student to learn coding and at without any computer science background.

I strongly believe that anyone can!! Because it's not too difficult to learn HTML and CSS!! Although JavaScript is little bit harder than HTML and CSS!! If anyone have interest and patience for, it will be easy for him/her!!!

yes it is possible to learn coding even if you are not computer science student you can tack it as a hobby like me i am not a computer science student but i am learning programing

Yes... Of course... I have a master degree in CSE and studying languages it's only a very little marginal piece of the total background... The languages are only tools... Having a degree doesn't mean knowing some languages...
