user_id is a a number that identify each user in sololearn. You can find your number in the link to your certificates.

write for me this program called harmonic series sum to computer the sum of harmonic series 1+1/2+1/3+1/4.......,,+1/n where n=1000 . the program shall promt user for the value of n. keep in the sum in double variable and take note that 1/2 gives 0 but 1.0/2 gives 0.5
