how can i connect ADO.net to electron js and using React for front ?

Build the frontend with React using create-react-app do some fetching to ADO.net and you have a working frontend. However it is up to you to choose what to do next: either build the project and link it to electron via a script to link the nodejs stuff you need to your react frontend OR make the react frontend available online on a remote server and get the content using electron methods for displaying remote content.
