What languages i need to know to make an android game and how and where i can code it?

its easier to use an game engine, and its all varied depend on what you want to make, i'll put Unity as an example, its using JS or C#, and you can make 3D or 2D game you can control much aspect thus its bit harder to learn many stuff. or RPG maker its optimized to make classic top down RPG game so its bit easier to learn because you dont need to think about most of some fundamental code (battle, sprite, music, sound, etc) and it using ruby.
my advice is get one that suit your taste, by its complexity or language its using
