Help me! I lost access to email associated with my sololearn account and i forgot the password

If you lost your password AND your email associated with it, I think you're out of luck. And that you should take measures to prevent such a mistake in the future like getting a password manager.

As weird as it is. Let's say that you currently have access to this SL account (as in, you are logged in, but somehow lost access to the email and also the password), you should be able to justify to SL through this account that you, wish to transfer your details and progress to another SL account (established on another email address). (Note: I have no idea if such transfer is feasible / provided by SL. It should be technically possible but SL has every right not to do so due to security reasons) Although you cannot mail SL with your registered email address because you lost access to that email account, you CAN still send emails to SL, by using the in-app feedback feature (which channels your registered email). However, it would still be quite the problem, since you can't receive replies from SL. The sad case is that your account does not seem to be verified, so it would make things even harder.

i already sent them a email with all my information but they are saying thats not the information we have i mean how i sent them 100% accurate information.

thats not i was expecting from them... is there any chance to freeze or delete my information from the account?
