Opening file

I am a beginner i got question:
How do i open files using open() function on ios?
I tried to open a file that is existed on my iphone
But when i run it it gives an IOError.
Please help me to open file on ios.

You ran it here on sololearn? Because if you did, remember that the code is executed on sololearn's server, so will not find the file you have on your phone
