I created a basic HTML form. I need the registered data to be fetched and saved on my server in an exel file. It is possible?

it is possible through sql but i dont think it can be done on sololearn

I developed it on DreamWeaver. I put the codes in Sololearn just as an example. How can i do this with SQL? can u help me?
