Can I get the latest android.jar file?

Question

I am using AIDE app(on Play store) to develop Android apps on my own Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2.A half month ago,I upgraded it to Android Oreo(8.0) that contains API level 26.
I used to test my apps on my phone and after that I can't my notifications to appear and lastly got the solution of using NotificationChannel class in order to target Android O or higher.
But...
I can't find the latest android.jar file for the new NotificationChannel class.
Can you help me find that so I can target my app to higher versions of Android platform?
